3D Abdominoplasty
About the procedure
Loose abdominal skin is a very common problem after weight loss and pregnancy. Sagging skin in the stomach area could be also a result of aging and sometimes even hereditary.
Abdominoplasty or „tummy tuck“ removes this excess and sagging skin, tightens the abdominal muscles and restores a tight and flat stomach. Usually the goal of the procedure is to remove the loose skin, but it is often combined with liposuction to remove the subcutaneous fat and to improve the contour in the abdominal area.
The fat transfer procedure not only adds volume but also reduces scarring and improves the condition and elasticity of the skin. Fat transfer is widely used for soft-tissue filling, body contouring (buttocks, calves, etc.), facial rejuvenation, and reconstruction, as well as breast surgery (both reconstructive and aesthetic).

Frequently Asked Questions
Who Is Suitable For This Procedure?
The ideal candidate for this procedure is a person of stable weight (preferably not overweight) and who has sagging skin and excess fat in the abdominal area and weakened abdominal muscles due to heavyweight loss or pregnancy. The patient must be in good health and have realistic expectations. It is recommended that pregnant women wait at least six months after giving birth to determine if they need this procedure.
How Is The Operation Performed?
The operation is performed under general anesthesia in a hospital. Its duration is about 4 – 5 hours. In the beginning, an incision is made from one end of the pelvis to access the abdominal muscles. Excess fat is removed by liposuction, and then the abdominal muscles are “tightened” and fixed. What is exclusive about us is that this liposuctuion is performed with BodyTite which significantly improves the result. The navel is repositioned so that its position looks natural. The hip area is then treated to obtain a symmetrical and balanced look.
How Is The Recovery From The Operation Going?
After the operation, you will have to wear compression underwear for a while. Your surgeon will determine this time. You will need to rest in bed for the first 24 hours. Although the movement is recommended, getting up at the beginning is from a 45-degree angle to spare incisions. If necessary, you will receive painkillers.
For the following stages of recovery, you will receive complete and detailed instructions from your doctor. Online check-ups will be arranged at certain times to follow the healing process. You will be able to return to your normal daily activities after six weeks.
When Will I See The Results Of The Operation?
The results begin to become visible relatively quickly, and you will see an improvement in your appearance almost immediately, but there will be an acute swelling that can persist, gradually decreasing over several weeks. Optimal results will be visible within six months. There will also be some scars – especially the scar between the two ends of the pelvis. This scar will gradually fade until it gradually disappears within a year. Good scar care (for which you will receive instructions) will improve its appearance.
